An established and fast-growing advisory firm in Dublin is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join its Private Client Services team. The Role As Tax Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of private clients while contributing to the strategic growth of the team. The position offers a balanced mix of compliance, advisory, and business development, with real scope to influence service delivery and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of private clients, delivering high-quality tax compliance and advisory services.
Manage and advise on complex private client tax matters, ensuring timely and commercially focused solutions.
Collaborate on cross-border assignments and support wider business development initiatives.
Assist with the operational management and growth of the tax team.
Support partners in developing and expanding the private client portfolio.
Contribute to business development projects and client proposals.
Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members, supporting talent retention and progression.
Candidate Profile:
ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified.
3 to 4+ years’ experience in a management-level role within a tax practice or relevant industry environment.
Proven experience managing a private client portfolio.
Strong technical knowledge of private client tax advisory services.
Commercially astute with excellent client relationship and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to evolving client needs and propose innovative, practical solutions.
Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing junior staff.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
