Job Description:
We are seeking skilled professionals to join our New Business and Existing Business departments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on Car and Home Insurance products, handling new business inquiries, and evaluating client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional service and advice to existing clients, especially during renewals of motor and home policies.
* Evaluate client requirements and offer tailored cover solutions.
* Manage Mid-Term adjustments, queries, and administrative duties to meet clients' insurance needs.
Requirements:
* 12 to 18 months of experience handling car or home insurance inquiries for new or existing customers.
* Hold an Approved Product Adviser (APA) qualification in Personal General Insurance and/or have made progress towards achieving a CIP qualification.
* Demonstrate energy, drive, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
