Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a key leadership role that will include responsibilities such as managing various teams, driving high standards of customer service, and ensuring full regulatory compliance in a fast-paced financial services environment.
The Role: what does the job involve?
* Lead all aspects of operations and administration.
* Develop and implement operational plans and budgets.
* Drive continuous improvement and process efficiency across the organisation.
* Act as a senior member of the Management Team and contribute to strategic planning.
* Monitor service standards and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Manage outsourced services and ensure SLA compliance.
* Lead, coach, and develop operations staff to meet high-performance standards.
* Oversee scheduling, performance reviews, training and development.
* Promote a positive, collaborative and accountable workplace culture.
The Candidate:
* Proven leadership experience in financial services or a regulated operational environment.
* Strong people management and coaching skills.
* Excellent planning, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
* Deep understanding of compliance, AML, and risk management frameworks.
* Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and results focus.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
* IT proficiency and openness to digital transformation.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Significant experience (5+ years) in a senior operations, compliance, or management role, ideally within financial services.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex operations and high-performing teams.
