About the Role:
The Residence Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residence, including managing staff, maintaining facilities, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
You will also play a key role in driving business growth and developing new initiatives to enhance the student living experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality facilities
* Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
* Maintain strong relationships with students, staff, and external partners
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A 3rd level qualification in hospitality management or a related field
* Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a student accommodation setting
* Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and project management skills
* Knowledge of property/facility management and hospitality/tourism industry
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
