Associate Director - Life and Pensions Recruitment

Dublin / Hybrid, Full-time, Permanent

We’re currently working with a well-established, specialist consultancy with an excellent reputation in the pensions and employee benefits space. Due to growth, they’re seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Administrator to join their busy administration team, managing a portfolio of full-service defined contribution pension schemes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a client-focused environment, thrives on ownership and accuracy, and brings a strong understanding of pension scheme administration.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage the administration of a portfolio of pension schemes.
* Ensure accurate and timely delivery of day-to-day scheme administration.
* Prepare annual benefit statements, trustee reports, and other scheme documentation.
* Monitor and meet all statutory deadlines and compliance requirements.
* Liaise professionally with trustees, corporate clients, and scheme members to resolve queries.


What We’re Looking For

* Minimum 3 years’ pensions admin experience in a consultancy or broker.
* Strong understanding of pensions legislation and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent communication skills with the confidence to support client interactions.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling deadlines with ease.
* A natural team player with the ability to support, mentor, and share knowledge.
* A proactive approach to resolving complex administration queries.
