Key Responsibilities:

* Support the effective management of performance, rewards, and workforce planning initiatives.
* Deliver data-driven insights to inform business-critical decisions, positioning HR as a trusted advisor.
* Provide expert guidance on employee relations, employment law, and talent development strategies.
* Collaborate on organizational change management, ensuring seamless integration of new policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* A degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent field.
* Minimum three years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably with generalist expertise.
* Active membership in professional HR associations, such as CIPD, or a willingness to pursue certification.
* Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with confidential information at a senior level.
