Enterprise Solution Architect / IAM Architect (Saviynt) Dublin | Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) 40 hours per week 6-month contractAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect / IAM Architect with strong Saviynt expertise to support a high-profile client in achieving their Identity & Access Management (IAM) objectives. This role is ideal for a hands-on architect who enjoys combining strategic design with engineering execution in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.As the Saviynt Architect / Lead Engineer, you will take ownership of the Saviynt platform, driving solution development while supporting day-to-day IAM operations. You will work closely with stakeholders across security, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver a robust, scalable, and compliant IAM landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture, design, and implementation of Saviynt IGA solutionsProvide hands-on engineering support across IAM, cloud, and on-prem environmentsSupport day-to-day IAM operations and continuous improvement initiativesDefine and enforce IAM architecture standards, governance, and best practicesEvaluate and implement emerging IAM technologies aligned to business needsPartner with security and risk teams to ensure compliance and audit readinessAct as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutionsEssential Technical SkillsProven hands-on experience with IAM & IGA, specifically SaviyntStrong understanding of Identity & Access Management, Cyber Security, and Risk ManagementExperience in IAM architecture design, governance, and solution ownershipDeep knowledge of IGA functions and capabilities, with Saviynt focusEngineering experience across cloud and on-prem IAM infrastructuresAbility to assess, recommend, and adopt emerging IAM technologiesStrong grasp of identity lifecycle management and access governance best practicesKey Soft SkillsStrong understanding of the IT and business ecosystemCollaborative, reliable team player with strong listening skillsProactive, pragmatic, and self-driven approach to workExcellent communication, influencing, and presentation abilitiesComfortable influencing stakeholders without formal authorityCustomer-centric mindset with the ability to anticipate and respond to client needs
