It's a fantastic chance to join a forward-thinking, professional team—where you'll gain valuable exposure and learn from experienced leaders at the top of their field.ABOUT THE ROLE:Provide executive and administrative support to the senior leadership team.Coordinate and manage all travel arrangements.Assist in the planning and execution of Core Functions projects, including internal and client events, strategic and commercial initiatives, and ad hoc support as needed.Support office management activities as part of the Core Operations team, including day-to-day oversight of the office.Serve as the primary Health and Safety contact for the office—conducting inductions, risk assessments, and fulfilling Fire Marshal and First Aider responsibilities.Collaborate with the broader Core Functions team to deliver administrative support across Finance, HR, and Operations departments.
