What You’ll Be Doing
Building and maintaining full-stack applications using C#/.NET (plus WPF, if you’re into desktop stuff).
Working in short, iterative cycles — think light specs, quick feedback, and steady progress.
Partnering with teams across the business — from users and support to engineers and analysts.
Helping shape system architecture with a focus on performance, scalability, and resilience.
Owning key systems from design to go-live (and giving a hand with production support when needed).
Getting involved in design discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions with your peers.
What We’re Looking For
Solid experience with C#/.NET and ideally WPF.
Strong grasp of software design, debugging, and problem solving.
Background in distributed systems or high-availability applications.
Comfortable with modern dev workflows (Git, CI/CD, etc.).
Experience across the full software lifecycle — from first commit to production support.
Clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
