The property includes boutique bedrooms, a restaurant, event spaces, and strong trade in weddings, celebrations, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all departments including accommodation, restaurant, weddings, meetings, and events Maintain high standards of guest service and operational excellence across all areas Support and guide Heads of Departments (HODs) through regular meetings and communication Oversee staff rotas, implement and maintain SOPs, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations Deputise for the General Manager as needed, attending key meetings and overseeing major events Monitor the functions diary and coordinate resources accordingly Conduct regular audits of service, cleanliness, presentation, and staff standards Promote up-selling opportunities to increase revenue across departments Handle guest issues and complaints efficiently and professionally Foster a positive team culture, supporting development and performance Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience in a senior management role within a hotel or similar environment Proven experience managing weddings and large-scale events Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Knowledge of audits, Health & Safety procedures, and operational best practices Passion for delivering excellent customer service and developing high-performing teams High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Whats On Offer: Salary between £40,000 £45,000 per annum Work-life balance: maximum 5 shifts per week, back-to-back days off, all holidays respected Opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive management team Make a real impact in a well-established, high-performing hospitality venue APPLY NOW or contact for more info
