Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing store team Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high operational standards Drive sales and achieve KPIs through effective team management and commercial awareness Manage store operations, including stock control, merchandising, and cash handling Implement company policies and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations Monitor and analyse store performance, identifying opportunities for improvement About You 2+ years of experience in a similar Store Manager role within a busy retail environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Commercially minded with strong problem-solving abilities Comfortable working to targets and deadlines Flexible and willing to travel within Europe for training purposes Why Apply?
