You will be responsible for nurturing key customer relationships, ensuring customer success and helping drive long-term loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the success and satisfaction of your portfolio by driving customer retention.
* Act as a Subject Matter Expert providing best practice advice and guidance on our products and services.
* Drive adoption of key features new product releases and industry best practices.
* Proactively manage and resolve high-priority customer issues ensuring rapid efficient resolutions.
* Collaborate directly with customers to understand and optimize their HR payroll benefits administration and IT workflows.
Requirements:
* 3+ years experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company ideally in technical account management or a similar function.
* Experience with payroll is highly preferred knowledge of HRIS or other HR/HCM SaaS platforms is a plus.
* Proven ability to manage a scaled book of business and build strong lasting customer relationships.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to shifting demands.
