Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide a point of contact for the Payment Processing teams, including Payroll.
2. Ensure current processes are efficient and effective.
3. Maintain awareness of client SLAs and strive to meet them.
4. Challenge the status quo to identify savings and improve efficiencies.
5. Identify key process issues, propose solutions, and implement them where appropriate.
6. Monitor and review new procedural releases for compliance and understanding.
7. Employ effective Change Management protocols, ensuring stakeholder awareness and agreement before implementing changes.
8. Escalate payment and payroll issues to Senior Management and follow through on instructions.
9. Follow Escalation & Incident Management Procedures.
10. Respond promptly to queries and ensure team tasks are completed as expected.
11. Analyze information and present high-level analysis to management.
12. Manage time effectively to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
13. Prioritize tasks through delegation and support, deciding which tasks to address first.
14. Demonstrate urgency in client-related queries, aiming for an excellent client experience.
15. Maintain and review team task lists regularly to ensure timely completion.
16. Train new staff using training materials such as PowerPoint, Video, Word, and Excel.
17. Identify additional training needs through workload and performance reviews.
18. Maintain clear training notes for team use and process understanding.
19. Mentor and develop point persons to support career progression.
20. Ensure daily targets are met by the team.
21. Communicate the Treasury Career Path and requirements for progression.
22. Support team members in achieving individual and team targets.
23. Maintain professionalism in personal presentation, communication, and behaviour.
24. Respect and uphold the integrity of CluneTech resources, processes, and people.
25. Complete work promptly and effectively.
26. Support the overall team and understand the bigger picture for growth.
