Key Responsibilities
Support the overall management of residential services
Lead and support nursing and care teams
Ensure high standards of clinical care and compliance with HIQA standards
Promote person-centred care and resident wellbeing
Support staff development, rostering, and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
Active NMBI registration
General Nursing qualification
Minimum 7 years post-registration adult nursing experience
At least 5 years' experience in a management or leadership role
Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and residential care regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Residential, community, or elderly care experience desirable
