We are working with a leading Irish law firm who are looking for an Associate Solicitor to join their Public Procurement team within their Dublin office.The RoleThe successful candidate will join an esteemed Procurement team, advising public bodies and utilities on the procurement of large projects, including tech and infrastructure projects. The candidate will also support the team in advising clients on the initiation or defence of procurement proceedings within Irish courts, as well as drafting procurement documents, advising on procurement issues, and compliance.Through this role, the candidate will develop a strong understanding of complex regulatory frameworks and economic concepts across a range of sectors, with further opportunities to gain experience in competition law and commercial contracts.
