We are looking for a motivated professional who wants to master the entire sales lifecycle while following a clear path toward an Account Executive role.

We are looking for an ambitious sales professional to join our Dublin team in a role that offers true autonomy, influence, and a direct impact on revenue from day one.
The Opportunity
Accelerated AE Progression: Move beyond the standard SDR grind.
We provide a transparent, 13-level promotion plan, from day one through to Equity Partner, designed to reward performance with rapid advancement.
Full-Cycle Ownership: You won't just be booking meetings.
You will manage the entire sales engine, prospecting new clients, pitching specialist services, and negotiating terms directly with senior decision-makers.
Dual-Impact Growth (Hunter & Farmer): You will master the balance of new business acquisition and account expansion.
Once you win a client, you'll stay on to scale the relationship, ensuring long-term value and recurring revenue.
What You Bring
Proven Sales Experience: 3+ years of post-graduate professional experience, including at least 9 months in a dedicated sales role with a track record of exceeding targets.
Strategic Mindset: You are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders in complex industries like Finance and Life Sciences.
Presence: This is a Dublin City Centre-based role.
