Essential Bathrooms and Tiles is a specialist retailer offering premium bathroom solutions, tiles, and interior design products.
Located in City East Retail Park, Limerick, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality materials and exceptional customer service for both residential and commercial clients.
We are now seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager to join our growing team and help expand our client base in the Munster region.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with trade and retail customers.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
· Support the full sales process — from initial consultation to project completion.
· Collaborate on marketing and promotional campaigns to boost visibility.
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Knowledge of bathroom products, tiles, or interior design is an advantage.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
