This is a full-time, permanent position where you'll play a crucial role in helping our clients protect what matters most.

How You'll Make An Impact
* Engage with potential and existing clients through calls to convert leads into policies and discuss renewals
* Assess client needs, recommend suitable insurance products, and explain quotes clearly
* Follow up on inquiries promptly to maximse conversion rates and identify upsell opportunities
* Manage lapsed policies, re-engage clients, and provide empathetic support for queries and complaints
* Maintain compliance with regulations, keep accurate records, and stay informed on product changes
* Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and share best practices for improved performance
About You
* Minimum APA qualification required
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets with a customer-focused approach
* Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks
* Ability to address client concerns effectively
* Completion of the appropriate annual CPOD requirement and Maintain Minimum Competency Code
* Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
