is looking for an ambitious
Revenue Executive
to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team.
Nestled in the stunning coastal setting of Ballymoney, our award-winning 4-star resort is renowned for delivering exceptional service, luxury accommodation, and world-class facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in implementing the hotel's revenue strategy across all segments & channels.
Monitor and analyse daily pickup, market trends, competitor performance, and pricing strategies.
Maximise room revenue through effective rate and inventory management.
Prepare accurate forecasting reports, budgets, and performance analyses.
Collaborate with Sales, Reservations, and Front Office teams to ensure alignment of pricing and promotional strategies.
Assist in managing online distribution channels, ensuring content accuracy and rate parity.
Identify new revenue opportunities and support initiatives to optimise profitability.
Contribute to the development and execution of the hotel's annual business and marketing plans.
Forecasting & Reporting
Create accurate weekly forecasts and competitor analysis reports
Support budget planning and track actual performance vs. targets
Participate in Weekly Rev. Strat.
Meetings with Director of Sales and Marketing & Hotel Manager.
Digital Marketing & Website Management
Collaborate with marketing and social teams to plan and deliver digital campaigns
Manage website content, SEO, special offers, and third-party listings.
Monitor paid advertising and analyse campaign performance.
Contribute to creative content, video, and graphics in line with brand.
Requirements:
2+ years experience in a Revenue or Reservations Management role, ideally within a 4/ 5-star hotel or resort environment.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with hotel management systems (Hotsoft experience is an advantage).
Excellent communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Commercially astute, results-focused, and able to make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, performance-oriented team.
Flexibility to work as required to meet business needs.
