At Dexcom you can make a difference in the lives of millions across the world!Reporting to the Sr Supply Chain Manager, this role contributes to the coordination of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and supports product lifecycle activities, ensuring that system data is accurate and updated in a timely manner. You will help enable effective planning, scheduling, warehouse and execution processes aligned with Dexcom’s operational standards.Where you come inYou will collect, validate, and update master data required for Purchasing (Buy Items), Production Planning (Make Items), Warehousing and Inventory processesYou will ensure data accuracy and completeness within ERP systemsYou will support coordination and implementation of Engineering Change Orders across make and buy items, assist with updating system data in line with approved changes, track ECO progress and escale issues where requiredYou will assist in managing Phase-in / phase-out of parts, product revision changesYou will ensure updates are reflected accurately in systems to support production and procurement readinessYou will provide accurate data inputs to support MRP and planning activitiesYou will support resolution of data-related issues impacting supply chain operationsYou will identify and support improvements in data accuracy and processesYou will follow established data governance and change control proceduresWhat makes you successfulYou have had exposure to master data, planning and purchasing processesYou have familiarity with item master data structuresYou are an advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Copilot, Outlook, Teams and Smartsheets is preferableYou have experience in the medical device or CPG industryYou have experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, PLM and Anaplan systems networks is advantageousExperience and Education RequirementsTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experienceWhat you’ll getA front row seat to life changing CGM technologyA full and comprehensive benefits programGrowth opportunities on a global scaleAccess to career development through in-house learning programs and/or qualified tuition reimbursementAn exciting and innovative, industry leading organization committed to our employees, customers, and the communities we serveTravel Required0-5%
