Lead Clinical Director We are seeking an experienced and commercially-minded Lead Clinical Director to lead our small animal practice in Ranelagh, Dublin. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in small animal practice, ideally already operating at senior or lead vet level. * This is a balanced role that allows you to remain clinically active while also shaping culture, performance and long-term direction. You will hold overall responsibility for clinical standards, team leadership and the ongoing development of the practice. This includes delivering high-quality medical and surgical care, overseeing all surgical activity within the clinic, guiding clinical protocols and supporting case management.
