Field Technician / Security Systems Installer

Sovereign Security Ltd. is expanding, and we're looking for a reliable Field Technician / Installer to join our team. This is a rewarding role involving the installation and maintenance of electronic security solutions across commercial, residential, retail.
Key Responsibilities
* Install, commission, and service security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control etc).
* Carry out maintenance, battery checks, camera reconfiguration, cleaning, and system servicing.
* Load, deploy, position, secure, and remove equipment as required.
* Communicate effectively with site managers and our ARC.
* Troubleshoot issues and provide customer training when needed.
* Complete job documentation
Ensure high standards of safety, performance, and customer satisfaction.
Experience & Requirements
* Experience as a field engineer, technician, or similar.
* Knowledge of wiring/electronics or alarm systems is an advantage.
* Full clean driving licence (essential).
* Safe Pass/Manual Handling/Ladder Training desirable (training provided if needed).
* Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
* Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Additional Information
* Full-time, permanent role.
* Primarily Wicklow/Wexford with occasional nationwide travel.
* Start date: January 2026.
