Wireless Product Manager
(LTE/5G network construction and wireless communication products)
* Fully onsite permanent position with our multinational technology vendor client based in Dublin 4
Job Responsibilities:
* Plan, design, implement, and optimize LTE/5G network products, and promote lifecycle management from concept to implementation.
* Analyse wireless communication technologies and LTE/5G network architecture in depth, formulate product development strategies based on market and user requirements, and ensure product leadership and market competitiveness.
* Keep close cooperation with carriers, equipment suppliers, and other partners to understand industry trends and promote the technical implementation and market implementation of LTE/5G products.
* Be responsible for cross-department collaboration, including R&D, technical support, and marketing, to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet market requirements.
* Continuously pay attention to 5G technology evolution, network deployment trends, and wireless industry development, and promote technological innovation in the wireless field.
* Provide technical support for the sales team, participate in product training, customer communication, and technical problem resolution, and ensure the successful promotion and application of the product in the market.
* Regularly analyse product performance and user feedback, optimize products, and improve user experience and product quality.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or above in communications, electronic engineering, computer or related major.
* At least 3 years’ experience as a product manager in the wireless communications field.
* Experience in LTE and 5G network construction or carrier wireless is preferred.
* Be familiar with the LTE/5G network architecture, wireless communication protocols, and network planning and optimization. Have certain experience in wireless product development and management.
* Be familiar with the market trend of the wireless communications industry and understand carriers’ requirements and product lifecycle
* Good communication and coordination skills. Be able to cooperate with cross-department teams and promote project progress.
* Strong analysis and decision-making capabilities, and able to optimize products based on market feedback and technical data.
Bonus items:
* Operator working experience or experience in LTE/5G network rollout projects is preferred.
* Knowledge or experience in cutting-edge technologies such as SDN, network slicing, and network functions virtualization (NFV) is preferred.
* Be familiar with the marketing and after-sales support of wireless products.
