Experienced professionals with a strong background in sales administration or client services are now looking for new challenges. Cpl has partnered with a long-established Limerick city-based main dealership to help recruit a Service & Sales Administrator to join the team.
This position is an excellent opportunity in a growing industry sector, offering a chance to utilize skills and experience in sales administration, client services, and operations support duties across the dealership.
The Job:
As a key part of the sales & services team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Acting as the first point of contact for customer & client enquiries by phone & email, identifying their needs, detailing product specifications & information, processing sales orders, updating financial & stock reports, preparing KPI data for management groups, and assisting senior sales & operations colleagues.
Experience/Skills required:
* 3rd level qualification ideally.
* 2-3+ years' experience in sales administration, client services, or front office administration focused roles.
* Full & clean driving license, as well as own transport, essential.
* Proven ability to multi-task & work across diverse teams.
* Strong IT skills.
