We are currently seeking a MORTGAGE ADVISORto join our team.
The Role: MORTGAGE ADVISOR Uncovering clients main goals and finding the best solution for them financially Managing related paperwork, such as keeping track of bank statements and lender applications.
Generating and developing relationships with various lenders, in order to find and meet the needs of potential clients.
Liaising and negotiating with banks and direct lenders in order to find the best loan for the clients situation.
Accurately assessing the clients financial circumstances, credit history and affordability, in order to find their ideal match.
Ensuring their activities are in accordance with banking and financial legislation Exceeding financial targets and meeting time targets Maintaining and developing market knowledge and information on all mortgage products and related services The Candidate: QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) designation or working towards same Minimum 1 year of experience in providing mortgage advice and dealing with mortgage customers Broker experience is an advantage Strong communication & interpersonal skills Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team Good work ethic and confident approach to daily duties Strong knowledge within mortgages and of market-leading mortgage products Target-driven with an excellent track record Salary: €40k+ Commission structure.
