We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function across multiple residential care centres.
As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in maintaining a positive and compliant work culture while ensuring seamless recruitment processes, employee wellbeing, compliance and development. Your expertise as Data Protection Officer (DPO) is crucial for GDPR-compliant storage and processing of employee and client data. You will also provide strategic advice to centre managers on performance, grievance and disciplinary matters with fairness and transparency.
* Lead recruitment processes
* Manage vetting contracts & onboarding
* Act as DPO & oversee data protection compliance
* Promote staff welfare inclusion initiatives
The ideal candidate possesses:
1. A degree in Human Resources Employment Law or related discipline; A minimum of three years' experience preferably within regulated care non-profit healthcare settings; Strong knowledge of Irish employment law HCIQA/Tusla regulatory frameworks good interpersonal communication organisational skills driving licence regular travel
