Key Responsibilities:

* Lead one or more Pods in delivering working software through to production, ensuring smooth and efficient processes for getting software from requirements to working in production.

* Navigate complexity and manage a diverse portfolio of revenue-generating applications while adhering to stringent security and legislative requirements.

* Drive our Agile Transformation plan, ensuring we track and realize its benefits while fostering a culture of agility across our Engineering Teams.

* Empower teams by guiding them through challenges and collaborating with key stakeholders across the business and MMC Tech organization.

* Champion Continuous Improvement, delivering on commitments and enhancing our agile mindset.
