Clarity is recruiting a Care Home Technician for a pharmacy in Dun Laoghaire.What you need to know:This is a permanent, Full-time role - Strictly dispensary based. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, with flexible shifts available (either 9am-6pm or 8am-5pm). Weekend work may be required one in five weekends, and one late evening shift per week (12pm-9pm) will also be necessary. You will be working alongside an excellent support team. MPS is the dispensing system used.What you'll be doing:Provide a safe and efficient dispensing service in accordance with the pharmacy/care home guidelinesEnsure safe and effective delivery of medicinesMaintain appropriate stock levels in the Pharmacy ensuring the correct storage and monitoring of dated productsDealing with customer, doctors nurses and blister/prescriptions packsAny other duties as requiredWhat we're looking for:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPositive attitude and energetic personalityAbility to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiativeGood time management Ability to cross-check and analyse
What we require:Previous experience in nursing homes.
