Job Description:
A key member of the HR Department is required to process monthly payroll and administer benefits for over 300 employees. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely end-to-end processing of the monthly payroll, calculating Benefit in Kind deductions, administering third-party deductions, and liaising with the Finance Department to ensure payroll accruals are accurate.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A payroll qualification or working towards one
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role covering end-to-end payroll processing
- Experience in managing large (in-house) payrolls of over 100 employees
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
Responsibilities:
- Accurately calculating and processing BIK deductions for a company fleet
- Managing the payroll email inbox and dealing with all payroll and benefit-related queries in a timely manner
- Preparing and compiling specialised payroll reports
- Keeping up-to-date with Revenue online services and legislative changes affecting payroll
