The Team
SHEIN's European logistics team is committed to working with our logistics suppliers to provide satisfactory logistics services to our customers.
Job Responsibilities
* Achieve operational targets for each process step, identify on-site risks and improvement opportunities, and organize improvements in processes or execution;
* Identify issues through data analysis and coordinate resource allocation with various headquarters functions to close the loop on improvements;
* Monitor key operational results, identify qualitative operational issues, and drive and track improvement actions by responsible departments;
* Assess the capabilities of 3PL service providers and establish standards for admission, penalties, and elimination;
* Monitor 3PL operational results, including capacity, efficiency, quality, timeliness, and cost;
* Define job responsibilities within 3PL warehouses and confirm KPI assessment plans for relevant personnel.
Key Outputs
* Process operations: (1) Evaluation & design of new processes; iteration of existing processes; (2) Monitor key indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and organize closed-loop improvements;
* 3PL management plans: (1) Operations management plans, evaluation, and elimination mechanisms; (2) Monitor key indicators, requirements for improvement, and track improvement progress;
* Operations evaluation mechanisms: (1) Transparent communication of rules and organized operations; (2) Mechanism iteration and result feedback; (3) Collaborate with various teams to assess stage objectives and management plans.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or above, major in supply chain management or related fields is preferred;
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in warehousing and logistics operations;
* Able to use data analysis methods to deeply mine and interpret operational data; strong business acumen, with the ability to thoroughly understand 3PL warehouse operations and identify and resolve potential issues;
* Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to communicate effectively with various departments and drive project progress; strong independent analysis and problem-solving skills, capable of proposing practical solutions to complex problems;
* Willingness to travel within Europe as required and on an irregular basis.
