Join us as an Investment Advisor in Dublin
Play a key role in delivering tailored investment solutions to high-net-worth (HNW), ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW), and Family Office clients. Partner with bankers to provide expert advice on investment propositions, including portfolio analysis, pitches, proposals, and ongoing reviews. Manage and advise clients on their investment assets, directing investments across discretionary, advisory, and execution-only services, and deliver bespoke services to meet complex needs. Collaborate with banker teams and key stakeholders to develop innovative investment strategies, contribute to product development, and enhance our investment propositions. Represent the business in client meetings, briefings, and external conferences, offering insights on investment services, with travel expected. To be successful as an Investment Advisor, you should have:
* Established record of client acquisition, relationship strategies, and managing investment business with HNW, UHNW, and family office clients over several years.
* Thorough or excellent knowledge of all asset classes, including equities, bonds, alternatives, private markets, derivatives, and foreign exchange.
* Excellent knowledge and experience of macro-economics, behavioural economics, portfolio construction, and execution solutions.
* Experience with investment propositions, focusing on direct interactions with HNW, UHNW, and Family Office clients, ideally within a private bank.
Additional valued skills include:
* Degree-level education (or professional equivalent) and QFA, EFA qualifications are desirable.
* Existing experience with a significant book of client relationships.
* Expertise in building client investment strategies.
* Extensive market and investment knowledge.

This role is based in Dublin and is deemed a Controlled Function role under the Central Bank of Ireland Fitness and Probity Regulations, potentially requiring mandatory regulatory qualifications.

Develop and manage specific financial products and services, providing in-depth expertise, bridging product development, marketing, sales, and customer service.
Accountabilities
* Provide SME expertise on products and services, including features, functionalities, benefits, limitations, risks, and compliance.
* Understand market trends, features, regulatory requirements, and potential risks; analyze sales data and customer feedback to support product development and communicate findings to stakeholders.
* Respond to customer inquiries, attend client meetings, and understand complex financial circumstances to offer suitable product solutions. Support issue resolution and provide guidance on product usage.
* Present product advantages and features to potential customers, building trust and encouraging adoption.
* Assist in developing and executing marketing materials like pitch decks and client presentations.
* Participate in training sessions and workshops to share knowledge and expertise.
* Attend events and conferences to showcase products and generate interest.
