Job Summary:
As a skilled and dedicated nurse, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating care planning, implementation, and review processes. This position requires strong collaboration skills to ensure alignment with HIQA regulations and best practice guidelines.
Key responsibilities include delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care for assessed individuals, maintaining accurate documentation, and promoting health and wellbeing for all service users.
Liaise with families and other agencies involved in service user care as appropriate. You will also be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient outcomes through effective communication and teamwork.
Requirements:
* Full NMBI registration RNID or RGN
* BSc in Nursing
* Full clean drivers license
* Previous experience in a similar setting essential
