With a robust pipeline of large-scale projects and a focus on innovation, sustainability, and excellence in delivery, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Coordinating Engineer to join their team on a flagship multi-residential development in North Dublin.
About Your New Job
As a Senior Coordinating Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a major multi-residential project, working closely with site management, design teams, and subcontractors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating technical design information across multiple disciplines
Managing and resolving design queries (RFIs) in a timely manner
Liaising with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
Supporting the Project Manager and Site Manager in achieving programme milestones
Overseeing quality control and ensuring works are delivered in line with specifications
Assisting in the implementation of BIM and digital construction processes where applicable
What You Need for This Job
Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
5+ years' experience in a similar role within construction, ideally on large-scale residential or commercial projects
Strong technical understanding of construction processes and building regulations
Experience coordinating design teams and managing project documentation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
