Overview
Susquehanna is seeking talented graduates to join their growing Dublin office in September 2026. As a Software Development Graduate you will work with senior technologists from the beginning of your programme who will act as your mentors. Your role will allow you to get involved with the development teams building cutting‑edge technologies.
What We're Looking For
Who you are
Technical: Strong software development skills in an object‑oriented language (C#, C++, Python). Understanding of algorithms, data structures and object‑oriented design patterns.
Problem Solver: Uses clear, data‑driven reasoning to solve problems.
Curious: Eager to learn and develop new technologies, inquisitive and creative, questioning the status quo.
Communicator: Builds relationships, shares ideas, and listens to others.
Ambitious: Sets goals, commits effort to achieve full potential.
Education: Graduating in 2026 from a Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or related STEM bachelor’s or master’s degree. Prior experience in finance or trading is not necessary.
