Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to lead and manage these critical initiatives from inception to delivery.
This role requires an individual with exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to oversee all aspects of project execution, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive project plans, incorporating timelines, resources, and deliverables.
* Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Monitor progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays.
Project Scope Management:
* Ensure that project scope, change requests, and requirements are clearly defined and communicated to stakeholders.
* Evaluate and prioritize resource allocation to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration and Communication:
* Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
* Facilitate regular project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members and external partners.
Risk and Issue Management:
* Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.
* Address issues promptly, escalating critical concerns to senior management as necessary.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
