We are now looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team!
Main Responsibilities:
* Follow agreed Brand Standards for service of Food & Beverage.
* Craft drinks requested as per Department Standards.
* Build rapport with guests and upsell where possible.
* Maintain budgeted Beverage Cost/GP.
* Serve all guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner.
* Ensure cleanliness levels are maintained to a high standard in the bar and restaurant.
* Greet all guests in a warm and friendly manner.
* Wear the correct uniform at all times.
* Ensure all staff are presentable and adhere to grooming standards.
* Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Report complaints and incidents to your manager or supervisor at the time.
