Seafood production-line operators play a vital role in ensuring the efficient, safe, and high-quality processing of fish products.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Operate complex machinery and equipment on the production line to meet set performance standards
o Inspect and handle seafood to maintain quality and safety standards
o Implement and follow stringent safety and hygiene protocols to minimize risks and ensure compliance
o Pack, label, and prepare products for distribution in a timely manner
o Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or production issues promptly
* Working Conditions:
