Our client, a well-established national distribution organisation, is seeking a Systems Delivery/ Business Analyst to join their IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone already working in IT projects, business systems, change delivery or software implementation environments who wants to take the next step in their career and gain greater ownership of systems and project delivery. The Role: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements. Support the delivery of business systems enhancements, upgrades and technology projects. Coordinate activities across the project lifecycle including requirements gathering, testing, UAT, deployment and post-implementation support. Liaise with software vendors, development partners and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Support system improvements, process optimisation and automation initiatives. Document business processes, workflows and system changes. Assist with change management and user adoption of new systems and technologies. The Person: 24 years' experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Project Coordinator, Change Analyst or Junior Project Manager role. Experience working on software, systems or business change projects. Exposure to requirements gathering, stakeholder management, testing/UAT and system implementations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. SQL experience and an understanding of business systems and data flows would be advantageous. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Relevant third-level qualification in IT, Business Systems or a related discipline. Ideal Backgrounds We are particularly interested in candidates currently working as: IT Business Analysts involved in project delivery. Junior or Associate Project Managers. Systems or Change Analysts. Project Coordinators working on software or business systems initiatives. Please note: This role is focused on systems delivery and project work.
