Overview:
Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) Ireland is seeking an experienced finance professional to support our Supply Chain Procurement Finance team. The Senior Finance Manager of Supply Chain (Procurement) will be based in Ireland, supporting the Procurement function. This role is crucial in reporting and providing critical financial analyses for leadership. The individual will develop in-depth knowledge of supported procurement categories, drive process improvement strategies, and play an integral role in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct Business Partnering:
* Lead stakeholder engagement with Category Lead (Procurement), enabling accurate monthly forecasting and analysis for decision-making;
* Act as a trusted adviser to the Procurement team and others, providing financial guidance to support procurement strategies;
* Prepare reports and analysis for monthly close reviews with Business Unit / Category Leads and Supply Chain/Procurement Leadership;
* Model and provide strategic insights for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP);
Drive Process Improvement:
* Challenge existing processes, develop new strategies, and implement scalable improvements;
* Analyze industry trends and technology to identify opportunities, minimize risks, and ensure supply continuity;
* Leverage tools and technology to streamline reporting and generate insights;
* Develop and report on quality metrics to influence decision-making and support top-line and operating income growth;
* Ensure accurate, timely financial information and promote internal controls and efficiencies.
Decision Support:
* Support a high-performing team culture in a fast-paced environment;
* Provide value-added analytics to enhance financial performance;
* Perform other duties as assigned by management;
* Maintain a strong work ethic and positive attitude daily.
Minimum Requirements:
* 5+ years of relevant finance experience, including budgeting, forecasting, planning, analysis, and financial modeling, preferably supporting Procurement;
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA);
* Strong financial and analytical skills with detailed financial modeling ability;
* Experience as a business partner with excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
* Experience with financial, planning, and reporting software platforms (SAP, Anaplan, IBM Planning Analytics is a plus);
