Career Vision Recruiters are working with a well-established 4-star hotel located in Cork City who are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Manager to lead and elevate their F&B operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, including the restaurant, bar, room service, and banqueting/events, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all areas. Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while fostering a positive and high-performing work culture. Oversee departmental budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure financial targets are met and profitability is maximized. Monitor and analyse sales performance, labour costs, and P&L reports to optimize operational efficiency and drive revenue generation through upselling and strategic initiatives. Recruit, train, and mentor staff, ensuring consistent standards of service and professional development across the department. Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and senior management to ensure menu quality, innovation, and consistency across all offerings. Maintain strict compliance with all health & safety regulations, hygiene protocols, and HACCP standards throughout the F&B operation. Uphold high service standards and customer satisfaction by consistently reviewing and improving operational practices and guest feedback. Requirements: Minimum 23 years of experience in a similar F&B management role within a 4-star hotel or equivalent environment. Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, rotas, and stock efficiently. A hands-on approach with a passion for service and team development. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-based hours.
