Job Overview
The Operations Support Specialist plays a vital role in the end-to-end management of purchase requests and purchase orders within our organization.
This position is responsible for collecting and validating purchase request submissions, creating and managing purchase orders, tracking purchasing workflows, monitoring PO generation and status reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage ordering of office equipment and supplies, liaise with site services and IT on office and equipment requirements, and coordinate procurement activities to meet business needs.
* Provide administrative and analytical support to the team, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and performing data analysis to drive efficiencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Experience with CRM platforms and SAP is highly desirable.
* Good understanding of procurement workflows and cost allocation principles.
* Proficiency in enterprise procurement systems, Microsoft applications, and advanced Excel.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to follow up proactively and drive process improvements.
