Job Role:
* First point of contact with clients via phone or reception.
* General administration tasks: post processing, scanning, printing, stationary orders, and office supplies.
* Accounts tasks: payment processing, receipts, debt, and credit control.
* Assist with preparation and issue of pre-renewal documents.
* Acceptance and processing of insurance applications.
* Ongoing management of outstanding requests with providers.
* Scheduling appointments and meetings for the Managing Director.
* Assistance with Insurer Audits.
* Supporting ongoing customer service and company growth plans.
Your Skills:
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and client servicing skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft and CRM systems.
* Trustworthiness and dependability.
