Our Graduate Programme – starting 1 st September 2026
Our two-year Graduate Programme is designed for diverse, high-potential graduates with a growth mindset and curiosity to learn fast in a changing world. You will join a multi‑skilled squad, working together and individually on real business projects, building the right skills for the right roles through project‑based learning and agile delivery while contributing fresh thinking to the business.
Enterprise Agile at Three
We are transforming how we work through Enterprise Agile, a model that replaces hierarchy with cross‑functional squads and tribes focused on outcomes. Squads work in short, focused sprints, making faster decisions, cutting out bureaucracy, and driving innovation. It is a mindset focused on value creation and outcomes, where you are closer to the customer, encouraged to experiment, learn, and deliver real impact.

Who We’re Looking For
For this role, you’ll need:
To be graduating this year, or to have graduated within the last two years.
A degree in Business, Psychology, Marketing, Computer Science, Data, AI, or Analytics are welcome, but mindset matters most; all disciplines are welcome to apply.
Legal authorisation to work in Ireland.
