Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in API integration, system transitions, and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth transition and implementation of API-based solutions within enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of API-led integration and transition projects.
* Collaborate with client stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
* Manage transition of existing systems to new platforms or service providers with minimal business disruption.
* Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
* Ensure API integrations align with enterprise architecture standards and security requirements.
* Conduct impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and post-transition reviews.
* Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation effectively.
* Prepare status reports, steering committee presentations, and ensure transparent communication across all levels.
* Facilitate UAT, training, and knowledge transfer during transition phases.
* 8+ years of project management experience in IT or digital transformation domains.
* Proven experience managing API integration projects (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
* Hands-on experience with transition/migration projects (application, infrastructure, or service transitions).
* Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
* Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or ServiceNow.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
* PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
* Exposure to cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Experience working with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Apigee, Dell Boomi, etc.).
* Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
* Prior experience in IT service transitions (offshore/onshore or managed services).
