A leading Irish organisation is seeking a Brand & Packaging Graphic Designer to join its dynamic commercial team, working with some of the country's most recognisable names in the food-to-go, retail, and hospitality sectors.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where creativity meets commercial impact. You'll collaborate with sales teams and clients from independent cafés to national brands to design standout, on-brand packaging and visual concepts that elevate their customer experience. Projects will range from branded coffee cups and retail bags to promotional materials, brochures, and event graphics.
You'll manage multiple projects, ensuring designs are both visually striking and production-ready, while exploring new technologies and AI-assisted design tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
To succeed, you'll bring proven experience in graphic or packaging design, strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and an exceptional eye for detail. You'll be confident working from minimal briefs, delivering polished, client-ready concepts, and balancing creativity with deadlines.
