We're now looking for a HGV Shunter driver play a key role ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering goods safely and on time.
? A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE Shunting of HGV lorries in the yard Presenting trailing on bays to be able to meet the loading schedule Communication with warehouse and transport team Identify any issue or defects with the lorries and raise with management Instruct haulers and drivers arriving to the yard as to where they should park the trailers Any other requests as assigned by management ? THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO C+E license Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Shunting experience Good communication skills Good standard of English Need to be reasonably physically fit to cope with demands of job.
