About Your New Job
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all production and engineering systems on site.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance, routine inspections, and safety checks across production equipment
Support electrical and mechanical systems including automation controls, sensors, pneumatics, and basic instrumentation
Respond to breakdowns and assist with fault finding and repair of equipment in a fast‑paced production environment
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades to existing systems
Support development and implementation of preventative and predictive maintenance programmes
What Skills You Need
Experience maintaining equipment within a manufacturing or food/processing production environment
Electrical and/or mechanical maintenance background (qualification or strong hands‑on experience)
Good understanding of automation systems including sensors, controls, pneumatics, and electrical fault finding
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, both independently and as part of a team
Basic IT/computer skills for reporting and maintenance documentation
