This is both a hands-on and strategic role, combining leadership of a team of developing HRBPs with direct involvement in high-level people projects. The HR team partners across HR Business Partners, Talent Development, and Operations to deliver cohesive, impactful solutions.This is a permanent role.What You'll Be DoingProvide strategic and operational HR leadership across the business.Manage and coach a team of HR Business Partners, building their capability and confidencePartner with senior leaders to design and deliver workforce planning, organisational change, and talent strategiesAct as the senior point of escalation for complex ER matters, including investigations, policy interpretation, and external body engagementLead change management and transformation projects, ensuring HR remains a trusted advisor during periods of transitionDevelop recruitment, retention, and engagement initiatives in line with divisional prioritiesEnsure compliance with employment law, internal policies, and industry regulationsProduce and interpret HR data, reporting on workforce trends and headcount to support decision-makingContribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and service deliveryWhat We're Looking ForDegree in Human Resources or related field4+ years HR experience at senior level with strong ER backgroundProven ability to coach and mentor HR professionals to higher performanceExperience leading HR within a regulated or complex environment (Pharma/Healthcare)Track record of successfully delivering organisational change programmesStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive levelAnalytical mindset with confidence in using HR metrics to shape strategyComfortable balancing operational demands with long-term people strategyWhat's On OfferSalary: €80,000-€85,000Permanent contractAnnual leave: 25 days + public holidaysPension SchemeLocation: DublinHow They WorkThe role operates on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of two days per week onsite in Dublin city.
