Clare.RoleReview tender documentation, specifications, drawings, and client requirements.Prepare detailed cost estimates and commercial quotations.Compile tender submissions and supporting technical proposals.Monitor estimating enquiries and tender correspondence.Maintain opportunities, quotations, and project information within Salesforce and internal systems.Organise and maintain project and commercial documentation.Support commercial management across multiple projects.Review contract terms and identify commercial risks and obligations.RequirementsExperience in estimating, quantity surveying, or commercial support within construction, engineering, or related industries.Strong numerical, analytical, and commercial awareness skills.Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
