Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders and ensure prompt fulfillment
* Provide essential product information
* Resolve inquiries related to orders, stock levels, deliveries, and invoices
* Process returns
Requirements:
* Fluent proficiency in German + Advanced English (C1/C2)
* Strong PC skills, including MS Office knowledge
* Experience in customer support or order entry, or a keen interest in a Customer Service career
